Budget time in Tennessee, cleaver or fillet knife

So, is it time for the cleaver or the fillet knife?

It’s budget time in the Big Orange State!

Gov. Haslam has already made it clear the state can’t fund all requests. He’s also letting it be known that the cuts could be “painful” too. It’s going to be a matter of priorities and trimming down spending.
